Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in some regions and Puerto Rico. Some religious items may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations—please check your country’s import laws before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please note: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your order was misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors, your building management, or household members first, as packages are sometimes left in secure or alternate locations.
